Dead body found at Abule Egba bridge

A shocking discovery was made earlier today when a dead body was found after the bridge at Abule Egba Express Road.
The grisly scene was witnessed by a LagosPost correspondent, who arrived at the location at approximately 10:20 am this morning.
Our correspondent attempted to gather information from eyewitnesses at the scene but encountered reluctance, as no one seemed willing to provide any details regarding the circumstances leading to the presence of the corpse.
Interestingly, the reporter noted that during his earlier commute along the road at 8 am, there was no sign of the deceased individual.
Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the reporter promptly contacted the Lagos emergency number to inform them about the disturbing find. The emergency services assured the reporter that they were already aware of the situation and would be dispatching personnel to the scene shortly to remove the body and commence an investigation into the matter.
As of the time of filing this report, the body remains unidentified, and the Lagos Emergency Services are not on the scene.
The delay in their arrival has caused growing concern among the onlookers and passers-by who have gathered at the site, eagerly awaiting their arrival.
LagosPost will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates as more details emerge.
